Medievia - Do You Dare Enter? This is the official website where lots of useful information can be found. There's the Livemap for example. Also check out the Mudslinger Newspaper for a trip back back down memory lane.
Darian's Medievia Clan Item Archive A record of past and present clanitems found in the game, along with clan names, creation dates, and leaders.
Dark Nomads Originally intended to be the clan site for clan 102 which is now defunct. The website still has lots of game resources like walkthroughs, newbie help, and an autoquest search engine.
Vengeance Library An old website with good information. There are walkthroughs, maps, and extra stuff like tweak information and health and damage values.
Circle of Clouds and Rain Forums Defunct clan 68's message board. Some of the threads are pretty informative. There's a lot to go through.

Maverick's Mud Master Scripting Page Numerous Mudmaster scripts by Chryos can be found on here. Traderun valuer, backstab reporter, condition subs, even ship related scripts to name a few.
Kernighan's Medievia Scripts For Mudmaster Page A MM2k script website, though this one hasn't been updated for over a year. Check it out if you need a little variety.
