You can do most of this with two tanks and a healer, but it's a good idea to have more for Apsu as 2.passing him often means you get banked. It's also vital to have orbs and breathe water staves (slime from Riverton) for the last fight, as he'll dis someone just about every time a bash is missed. The zone won't pop with people in it, so try not to spend too much time just hanging around, or people waiting on a pop for day 2 will hate you. There are a couple of other oddities with pop - namely that sometimes only one golem will repop. Not sure if this is a bug or not, it seems pretty random.
- From entrance (Petrified palm tree), down, all north through illusionary, dis and kill caretaker. Loot mausoleum key.
- South, all west, unlock gate west. West, search, north and kill flesheater. Loot stone.
- South, 2 east, south along main passage till down.
- Down, east, open door east, 2 east, 2 south, open door east. East, south to A Private Room. Search, down, dis and kill priestess.
- Up, north, west, 2 north, 3 west back to the intersection.
- Two west, 3 north to the altar. Open door west, west one, kill janitor and loot key.
- North, unlock doubledoors, down to lpk. Unlock gate south and there's a pretty large squarish block of rooms ahead of you.
- Find Duergar - he's superhidden, so look Duergar in each room till you see him. Once you've found him shield him in, as he flees on low hp. You can trap rooms around or try to lure him, but he'll often avoid them.
- Loot, and return to the lpk room in the north-west corner (where you opened the gate).
- Up, east, south 3, east 2 to the intersection. Up, 4 north (to the room just south of where you killed caretaker).
- Three west, all south. Unlock gates south, south, all west, all south, east. North, shield room to prevent mobs walking in, and kill golem (blocker, !dis).
- North, search, down. All west, all south, east, one north - shield room again here to prevent mobs walking in - and kill the other golem. Same as before, !dis.
- North, get all bed.
- Two south, all west, all north, east, up, south to where you killed the first golem.
- South, all west, all north, east till north. 2 north, 2 east, south to main intersection. Down one and clear and shield room.
- Search till down opens up. Farsight down and you should see a lot of hiddens. They're probably just mobs, so don't worry. Get the form to breathe up and sanc up, then go all down one by one. It's cramped and very high move, so low-level people might not be able to make it - sneaking past the crawlers will also be problematic for them.
- All down is back into npk, hopefully there are no juggernauts waiting in this room. If there are, they'll engage the people waiting on the rest of the form and it's easier just to kill them if you're not pushed for time. If you are, then you should have taken people who know the way to the next mob by themselves.
- Once the whole form has went down through cpk, go east to the intersection with shifter, all north. East through illusionary and tick.
- Solo east, 2 south. Lure orc leader out if necessary. Once that's done, bring the form to help you dis and kill juggernaut.
- Solo and go north, 2 west, south till east, all east, north. Unlock door north, north, charm cat. They have low hp so remove your weapon first in case charm fails.
- Take the cat back to shifter room, which is one east of where you all landed after cpk. The cat will proc and hurt shifter some.
- Repeat with the other 3 cats in the zone. Only half the doors have cats behind them, but if you screw up and unlock the wrong door, don't worry - there are 8 doors and 8 charges on the key.
- On the fourth cat, shifter will die and drop skin and key. Get all, all north, 2 east, south to where you left the form. Collect them, north, 2 west, south to shifter room. Get them to breathe up.
- All down, unlock chest, open chest for striking scroll. Search, 2 west (y for cpk), up through llusionary into npk.
- Sanc up, breathe up, one east to Apsu. He's !dis, but curse works well. Keep him down, the healers should be bashing when they don't need to cast. Mages should be shockwaving, it's underwater. Watch out for disses, and use slime and orbs to keep form spelled-up.
- Loot claws, tail, silver scales, and horn for day 2!
Extras: You can also kill Calendra at the altar before janitor for embroidered shroud, and the prisoner all south all east from intersection, for ring of thorns. You'll need Gaul's key and possibly the guardian's (blocker), search in guardian's room. North of here is Knorr. He loads a hp/-ss cleric-usable body. Additionally, find the crawler with a key (in CPK well) and kill it. Port out, run back to ent, down, 3 north, 2 west. South till first east, unlock door east, open door, one east, all south. Open sarcophagus, get corpse from sarcophagus, get all corpse for bloodstone ring.
Note: Most people will wait till the end to bank. People can just kill a cat or two to prevent you from easily finishing the zone. If something goes wrong and cats die, then mages can mal the shifter to death, but it'll take ages. (He's !melee and in an !magic room, so it's really the only option you have). If people are waiting to bank and you don't think you can get enough to prevent it, kill the cats yourself. This way you can pick them off if they do decide to use mal to ice shifter.
